A: Of course. Normally, once we determine the technical requirements to be incorprated into the structure of your web pages, we discuss design considerations with you. Then, we deliver a completed web page for your approval. We'll continue to refine the look and feel of your pages until you're completely satisfied.

Q: What will it cost?
A: The cost of a web development project is determined by the size and the complexity of the project itself. Our "Key Cost Factors" article goes into some detail, but every project is different.

Q: Can I handle my own advertising?
A: Absolutely. Depending on the type of marketing involved, we may need input from you, your advertising manager - even your ad agency - in order to build pages that work with your marketing scheme. This we will be happy to do.

Q: You're in Missouri, and we're in [another part of the country]. Can you still build our site? How does that work?
A: Yes we can. We use telephone, email, the Post, a client interface with our server, and, once in a while, instant messaging. As long as we can exchange information, we can build your site. In our experience, if you can be online and on the phone at the same time, it can save greatly on the total project time. But, even that isn't absolutely necessary.

Q: I don't want to pay to have revisions and updates made to my site. Can I do that myself?
A: Yes, you can. Depending on your skill with HTML code, you may need no more than access to the actual web page files. However, if you don't know HTML, you'll need something a little different. We can build "content management" into your site so that you can change the text and images yourself - on a single page, or on every page of your site.
